Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved,
your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged items not due to our error
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
